Customer Complaint:
Customer stated their car had issues starting.
Diagnostic Process & Findings:
Initial battery voltage check revealed a reading of 10.5 volts, significantly below the standard 12.5V expected from a healthy battery.
Conducted alternator output test; found charging at 14.2V with all electrical loads both on and off, indicating the alternator is operating correctly.
Performed parasitic drain test to check for overnight battery draw. Drain measured well below 0.05A, confirming no excessive electrical drain present.
Conclusion:
All diagnostic checks confirm that the starting issue is due to a weak battery. No faults found with the alternator or electrical system.

Replaced faulty battery
As a goodwill gesture, replaced a few defective exterior bulbs found during inspection
Vehicle now starts and runs normally. All electrical systems operating as expected.
