Customer Complaint:
unusual noises coming from the suspension.

Inspection Findings:

Upon investigation, several worn and damaged suspension components were identified on the driver's side. These were contributing to the noise and potentially affecting vehicle handling and safety.

Work Carried Out:

• Replaced front shock absorber

• Replaced coil spring

• Fitted new top mount

• Replaced anti-roll bar drop link

• Installed new bottom wishbone (control arm)

All components were securely fitted, and the suspension system was reassembled and checked for proper alignment and operation. A road test confirmed the issue was resolved and the vehicle is now operating smoothly.
